Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar (confectioner's)
- 1 T vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine egg whites, corn syrup and salt. Beat with an electric mixer at high speed for 10 minutes or until thick. Add powdered sugar. Beat on low speed until blended. Add vanilla and mix well.
Use this in any recipe calling for marshmallow creme.
This recipe makes a lot of fluff, but can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or may be frozen for later use. Stir well before using after refrigeration or thawing.
