Neiman Marcus Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 box lemon-flavored cake mix
• 1 stick margarine, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 lb powered sugar
• 1 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and press into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.

Topping:

Mix together, then pour over cake mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, or until it is golden and sides are releasing from the pan. When cooled cut into squares.
