Ingredients
- frosting:
- 1 pkg spice cake mix
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, soup, water and eggs according to package directions. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Fill and frost with cream cheese frosting.
Frosting: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. If desired, thin with milk.
