Chile Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 can cooked chicken
- 3 cup monterey jack cheese; shredded
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup Santa Fe sauce
- 1 onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 5 burrito flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish with nonstick
cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine chicken, half the cheese, chiles and Santa Fe sauce;
mix well.
Spread about 2 teaspoons enchilada sauce on each tortilla. Top each with
chicken mixture. Roll up and arrange seam side down in baking dish. Top
enchiladas with any remaining enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray; cover baking dish with
foil, sprayed side down.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove foil during last 4
minutes of baking time.
