Ingredients
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c canned pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
- 1 c chopped pecans
- Orange rind strips
- Pecan halves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, syrup, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and allspice in a bowl. Stir until well blended.
Pour into shell and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 70 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Garnish with orange rind strips and pecan halves.
Serves 6.
