Ingredients
- ● 3 of these pasta:, 1 cup rigatoni, 1 cup mostoccioli, 1/2 cup rotini, 1/2 cup shells
- ● 1 lb. ground beef
- ● 1 medium onion , chopped
- ● 1 medium green bell peppers, chopped
- ● 3 oz. pepperoni, sliced
- ● 15 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce
- ● 1 cup cream style cottage cheese
- ● 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated (2 cups)
- ● 4 oz. mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350℉. Cook pasta according to directions. drain. While pasta is cooking, brown beef, onion, green pepper til onion is transparent, stir in pepperoni and cook until heated. drain fat. Add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Arrange half the pasta in 3 quart baking dish. Spoon on half of meat sauce. Spread cottage cheese over sauce. Sprinkle with half mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, omitting cottage cheese. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes.
