Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) chicken, cut up
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup (firmly packed) browned sugar
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- Dash of red pepper sauce

Step 1
Arrange chicken, skin side up, in oblong glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup water in 4-cup glass measure; mix well.
Microwave on high or 2 to 3 minutes longer or until mixture boils and thickens. Pour sauce over chicken; cover loosely. Microwave on high for 10 minutes longer. Rearrange chicken. Baste; cover loosely.
Microwave on high for 10 to 15 minute longer or until chicken is tender, basting every 5 minutes.
