Ingredients
- 3 cups of soymilk or ricemilk
- 1 papaya - ripe peeled and seeded & cut into pieces
- mint - a handful of the leaves to taste
- 1 inch of Ginger root - fresh peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare papaya, ginger root. Put in blender.
Pour in liquid (soymilk and yogurt). Blend up until mixed. Add in mint & honey. Blend again.
Please use honey or maple syrup and not fake sugar. The flavor of the honey really makes this.
This is a fantastic smoothie, great for Vitamin C and full of zest to get your day going.
