Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. of Crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lbs provolone ( 6 slices) 1
  • 1/4 lbs hard salami (6 slices)
  • 1/4 sandwich pepperoni (6 slices)
  • 1 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers (chopped)
  • 1/4 lb. baked ham (6 slices)
  • 1/4 lb. swiss cheese (6 slices)
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten and salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

Press one pkg of crescent rolls flat on bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish (Note* Spray Pam on the bottom of the pan for easier cleanup)

Layer cheese and meat slices and red peppers in the order listed

The top is the second pkg of crescent rolls pulled out flat

Pour half of the egg mixture over the swiss cheese and the remaining over the second crescent roll mix NOTE: For this step. I use a pastry brush and brush on the eggs, as I think it gives me better control of how much egg I get on the layer.

Bake covered for 30 minutes and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.

** To remove some of the grease from the pepperoni, microwave between paper towels for about 25 seconds.
