Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1 bag mixed salad greens
- 1 cup ripe olives
- Greek peppers if you like
- 3 plum tomatoes, cut up
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and cut unto chunks
- 8 oz feta cheese (I use the basil and tomato variety)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Toss greens, olives, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and greek peppers with dressing. Srinkle feta cheese over just before serving.
