Ingredients
- 150 g Balsamic vinegar
- 180 g Soy Sauce
- 330 g Ketchup
- 12 cloves Garlic, minced
- 150 g Ginger, grated
- 300 g Shallots, minced
- 150 g Piquillo Peppers (or pimento or roasted red peppers)
- 300 g Tomato Confit (or sundried tomatoes)
- 1.5 Bunches Cilantro
- 30 g Cumin seeds
- to taste sirachi
- to taste salt & pepper
- to taste Sesame Oil
- cooked lentils

Step 1
For Salsa
1. Blend first 10 ingredients until smooth
2. Finish with sirachi and oils. Chill overnight.
For Lentils
Simply cook the lentils in water or stock as you normally would, drain, then re-heat in a pan with the sauce.
