Ingredients
- 2 cups mayo
- 2 tbs cider vinegar
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic (i used a tiny pinch powdered garlic)
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- i added 1/4 tsp grated onion
- 5 large carrots (1/2 lb), peeled
- 1 head green cabbage (2 lbs)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dressing ingredients in small glass bowl
Coarsely shred the carrots in food processor using med coarse blade or grate by hand w/a grater or peeler into log thin strips abt 1/4" wide. You will need abt 2 cups
Shred cabbage into 1/4" wide strips you will need abt 12 cups
Toss cabbage & carrots together
Pour dressing ocer & mix til all well coated
Refrigerate 15 mins to an hou
Toss again to distribute dressing
