Step 1
Soak quinoa in 1 1/2 cups cold water for 30 minutes to destroy bitterness.
Rinse well, put in pot with 1 1/2 cups water, bring to a boil. Stir and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes.
