Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 (3oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 cups sifted flour
- Filling:
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add flour and mix well.
2. Chill. then shape into 1 1/2" balls and press into muffin tins. Set aside.
Filling:
1. Beat eggs. Then add all ingredients, alternating the sugar. Mix well.
2. Spoon mixture into shells, almost filling to the top. Add nuts on top for decorations.
3. Bake at 350F for about 15-17 minutes. Reduce heat to 250F. Bake another 10 minutes until filling sets.
4. Cool before removing from tins.
