Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, raw
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 env Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic Dry soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the rice, celery and onion in butter, stirring constantly just until onion is softened. Add the water and soup mix, bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
