Ingredients
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- l lb. ground beef
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/3 c. (3 medium) snipped green onions, tops included
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp. margarine, melted

Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package. Brown ground beef in fry pan; drain. Stir in tomato sauce; remove from heat. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream green onion and green pepper. Spread half of the noodles in ungreased 12 x 8" or 2-quart casserole; cover with cheese mixture and remaining noodles. Pour melted butter over noodles; cover with meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 derees for 30 minutes.
Tip: Can be made ahead and refrigerated; bake for 45 minutes.
