Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate(chopped)
• 1 1/4 th cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Put ingredients in processor - grind them. Store in zip-lock bag.

Stir 1/4 cup mix with 2 tbsp hot water in medium saucepan. Stir in 1 1/2 cups milk.
