Ingredients
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup raisins or other small dried fruit
- 1/4 cup nuts

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the oats, sugar, baking powder, dried fruit, nuts and salt. In a small bowl, combine the milk, melted butter and eggs. Stir into oat mixture until blended. Spoon into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. Serve warm with milk.
