Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits for Two

I was given this recipe by a friend. I've been told that it is the "secret" recipe that red Lobster uses. Best of eaten warm! I've tried various version and this one is the best, and it seems to be closest to the restaurant's version.

- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Stir together biscuit mix, milk and cheeses until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Melt butter or margarine and stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Brush over warm biscuits and serve immediately. Makes 5 biscuits.
