Ingredients
- 2 Ibs Hot Sausage w/o casing
- 1 small can Sliced olives
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Monteray Jack Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 packages filo tart shells (in freezer section)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage (no oil) . Put in cuisinart with peppers and olives. Pulse until mixed. Add cheese and ranch dressing. Pulse until combined well.
Fill shells with mixture.
Warm on cookie sheet @ 350° until bubbly.
