Sausage Wonton Appetlzers

Ingredients

• 2 Ibs Hot Sausage w/o casing
• 1 small can Sliced olives
• 1/2 Green Pepper
• 1/2 Red Pepper
• 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Cup Shredded Monteray Jack Cheese
• 3/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
• 2 packages filo tart shells (in freezer section)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage (no oil) . Put in cuisinart with peppers and olives. Pulse until mixed. Add cheese and ranch dressing. Pulse until combined well.

Fill shells with mixture.

Warm on cookie sheet @ 350° until bubbly.
