  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup Shortening
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 packs dry yeast
  • pinch Salt
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix yolks with sugar. Add shortening, flour, salt, milk with yeast.

Make 6 balls and refrigerate overnight.

Mix 3/4 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Use 2 tablespoons for each
ball.

Sprinkle mixture on board - roll out ball into circle, coating both sides.
Sprinkle walnuts around outside edge. Cut into 16 pieces. Roll each piece
to tip.
