Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb. beef chuck strips
  • 1 cup onion slices
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup red and green pepper strips
  • 2 cup bouillion
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine

Step 1

Heat oil and brown beef with onion and garlic. Add ginger, pepper strips and bouillion and bring to a boil. stir in remaining ingredients, cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
