TOSS POTATOES WITH REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS.
SPREAD ON BAKING SHEE; ROAST IN 500 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL GOLDEN, ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
FLIP AND COOK UNTIL GOLDEN AND CRISP, ANOTHER 8 OR MORE MINUTES.
