Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) vegetable flavor cream cheese
- 1 (5 1/2 oz) sliced black olives, drained
- 1 1/2 cups already shredded carrots
- 2 large (10 inch) flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Spread 1/2 cup o the cream cheese over each tortilla. Scatter half of the carrots and half the drained olives over the cream cheese. Roll each tortilla tightly in jelly- roll fashion. Cut off 1/2 inch from each outer tortilla roll edge and discard. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving, place the tortillas seam-side down on a cutting board and cut each into 1 inch slices.
