Ingredients

  • 1/3 C. oil
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 T. Splenda
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 5 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 C. flax seed meal

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together: flax seed meal, Splenda, salt and baking powder. Mix very well.

Add oil, water and eggs. Mix well and let sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken.

Place silicone mat or oiled parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread batter to at least 1/2" thick.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut.
