Ingredients
- 4 cups croutons
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Pepper to taste
- 8 strips bacon, cooked well

Preparation
Step 1
Spread croutons and cheese on bottom of a greased baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together (except bacon) and pour over top of the croutons and cheese. Crumble cooked bacon on top of mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour or until set.
