Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 32 buttery crushed crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the chicken, soup, sour cream, lemon juice, broth, and salt in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Mix the melted butter and cracker crumbs together and then sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
