- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
