Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup uncooked regular rice
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Step 1
Combine beef, rice, soup mix and egg.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Mix wine, water and ketchup in Tender Cooker; add meatballs to liquid.
Add gasket, cover and red weight.
Microwave on high for 20 minutes.
Allow yellow stem to drop.
Remove meatballs and sauce. Serve.
