- 15 Oz black-eyed peas
- 16 Oz white beans
- 2/3 Cup canned corn
- Poblano pepper
- 1/3 Cup red bell pepper
- 1/3 Cup green bell pepper
- 3 Tablespoons cilantro
- 2/3 Cup diced red onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
