Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken; cooked and shredded
- 1 large onion; sauteed
- 1 can green chile; chopped
- 1 container Sante Fe sauce
- 12 oz cheddar or monterrey jack cheese; shredded
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 package flour tortilla
- 16 oz green salsa or enchilada sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix chicken, onions, chilies, 3/4 cup cheese and sauce.
Spread some sauce over bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Spoon chicken mixture down center of each tortilla and roll up. Place seam
side down in sauce in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas;
bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 °F. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and
bake 15 minutes longer or until bubbly.
