Ingredients
- 2 pound cherries, blueberries, peaches; 1/4 inch slices
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 egg
- 8 ounce heavy cream
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter and flour a 2 quart baking dish.
Place the fruit in the dish and reserve. In a medium bowl, combine the
flour and sugar and blend well. Reserve.
2. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, cream, and vanilla. Whisk until well
blended. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Slowly, in a thin
stream, whisk in the egg mixture to form a smooth batter. Let rest for 15
to 20 minutes
3. Pour the batter over the fruit and bake until the batter has just set
and the surface has a light golden color, 25-30 minutes. Serve warm or at
room temperature.
