Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c (1 stick) butter or oleo, softened
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 c peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 c flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c REESE'S PIECES Candies

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg and vanilla in large bowl until fluffy.
3. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
5. Stir in candies.
6. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned;
8. Remove from oven. Cool slightly; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

Makes about 2-1/2 dozen cookies.
