Ingredients
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Key lime juice
- Rind of 1/2 key lime grated

Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press firmly in 2 greased 9" pie pans. Place in 450 degree oven until edges of crust have started to turn slightly brown. Remove, let cool. Separate 3 eggs and add yolks to condensed milk. In large bowl, add 1 egg (not separated and unbeaten) and mix thoroughly. To this, add lime juice and rind and mix thoroughly. Beat remaining egg whites until stiff and add to mixed ingredients. Slowly stir until blended and pour into pie shells.
Storing in refrigerator will set them faster. Makes 2 pies.
