  • 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes

Step 1

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 drained and chopped canned oil-packed anchovies and 2 teaspoons chopped garlic; cook 1 minute. Add 1 (12-ounce)bag fresh broccoli florets and 1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Top with 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
