  • 1 Hoagie Roll
  • 3-4 Turkey Slices
  • 2-3 Fresh Pork Slices
  • 2 Provolone Cheese Slices
  • A layer of Pickles
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro Mustard spread (see recipe below)
  • Cilantro Mustard Spread
  • 1/3 Cup plus 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmiginao-Reggiano cheese
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh limejuice
  • 1/2 small garlic clove
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Place the mayonnaise, cilantro, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, lime juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper, and 1-½ teaspoons of water in a blender. Puree until completely smooth.
