Ingredients
- 1 package Club House seasoning mix for Pot roast
- 4 cups fresg vegetables (celery, onion, parsnip, carrots turnip etc.)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cubed fresh vegetables, a lean boneless roast (such as chuck or rump), the seasoning mix, red wine and water in your slow cooker, put the lid on and let the slow cooker do the rest! Cooks in 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
