Ingredients
- carrots and fresh mushrooms, chopped or diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup onion
- 6 cup chicken broth
- 2 -10 oz pkg. broccoli, thawed and broken into small flowerettes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 cup milk
- pepper to taste
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 1 - 8oz. pkg. Kluski noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter 3 minutes. Add chicken broth. Heat to boiling. Add noodles, carrots, mushrooms and salt. Boil until noodles and vegetables are tender. Add garlic powder, milk, cheese and pepper. Stir to melt cheese. Add broccoli and simmer approximately 15 minutes. Thicken with a paste of cornstarch and milk.
