- 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
