- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Mix ingredients well and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Reserve marinade for basting. Grill, turning often to baste with marinade.
