Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • Olive oil
  • Cajun spices, to taste
  • Cracked black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mom -

Step 1: Acquire "party wings". Wings and drumsticks in the same package, usually fresh, but you could make do with the frozen (IFFFF you really have to!)

Step 2: Marinate in olive oil and cajun spices and cracked black pepper for at least an hour

Step 3: Pre-heat oven to 400 and preheat one or two saute pans ( depending on how many wings, clue: 1 dozen= 1 pan)

Step 4: Add wings to hot pan and cook for roughly 35 minutes, shaking and turning wings periodically.

When wings are nice and crispy transfer to baking sheet pan and finish under broiler until REALLLY crispy :) (Approximate time - 10-15 minutes)
Step 5: Toss in sauce.
Step 6: Yummy!!!!
