Ingredients
- 2 c diced chicken
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 15 ox can black beans, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup diced green peppers
- 1 can of diced tomatoes, or fresh tomatoes in season
- 1 cup frozen corn kernals or 1 can drained
- salt
- 8 8" tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar

Step 1
Place two tortillas on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add ingredients layer just like regular lasagna.
Bake for 30 minutes, 350 degrees
