Ingredients
- 1/2 Med. Onion (diced)
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1 Tbls Garlic
- 1 Can Tomato Juice - 46 oz. can
- 1 - 2 lb. Bag Frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 Tbls Chicken soup base
- 1/2 Gal. Water
- 3 Med. Potatoes - cut in 1/2" cubes
- 2 Med. Tomatoes - cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 Sm. Head of Cabbage - shredded
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf

Preparation
Step 1
In a large sauce pan combine onions, garlic & butter and cook until onions are clear. Being careful not to burn.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until potatoes are cooked.
Remove Bay Leaf before serving.
