    Med. Potatoes - cut in 1/2" cubes

    Med. Tomatoes - cut in 1/2" cubes

    Sm. Head of Cabbage - shredded

    Bay Leaf

Directions

In a large sauce pan combine onions, garlic & butter and cook until onions are clear. Being careful not to burn. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until potatoes are cooked. Remove Bay Leaf before serving.
