Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice (from 2 to 3 tangerines)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 1 orange)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ancho chile powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground chile de arbol or cayenne, or to taste
- 1 clove garlic, grated or very finely chopped
- Balsamic Yogurt Dressing
- Ginger-Scallion Vinaigrette
- Miso Dressing

Make this delicious juice-based dressing and you'll have enough to toss into two salads:
Note: Although tangerine juice adds a sweet-tart note to this refreshing dressing, you can substitute an equal amount of orange juice instead.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
