  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoon potato starch
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups cake meal
  • Salt
  • 8 large apple; peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 teaspoon potato starch
  • 1/2 cup nuts; chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Soak apples in sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice mixture.

Mix first six ingredients together for crust. Spread half in greased pan.
Pour apple mixture over. Cover with rest of crust.

Combine nuts, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar together and sprinkle
on top.

Bake 1 - 1-1/4 hours at 350 °F
