Impossible Taco Pie ( Bobby Tite)

Ingredients

• 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4 oz.
• 4 ounces canned chopped green chiles, drained
• 3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
• 1 1/4 cups skim milk
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 cup Longhorn Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400~. Grease pie plate, 10 1/2x 1 inches.
2. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies.
3.Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
