Ingredients
- 4 Flounder fillets--prepare according to package
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. red onion--finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh cilantro--chopped
- 1 tbsp. capers--chopped
- 1 garlic clove--finely minced
- Pinch each cayenne pepper, salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, onion, cilantro, capers, garlic, cayenne pepper and salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate. Place prepared flounder on platter. Serve with sauce.
Serving Ideas
Serve with spicy black beans, rice, corn on the cob and green salad.
Or serve with scalloped potatoes, fresh green beans, tomato and cucumber slices, and apple pie.
