• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
• 1 1 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 1 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 1 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup skim milk
• cooking spray
• Directions
• 1 1.Preheat to 425 oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
• 3 3.Bake 15 for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
