Ingredients

  • 1 cooked Rotisserie Chicken, deboned, deskinned, shredded
  • 2 cup(s) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/8 cup(s) Tobasco Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Onion Powder
  • 2 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 4 large eggs, blended
  • 2 cup(s) Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko
  • 3 cup(s) Canola Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken, cheese, sauces and powders. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper. Roll balls in flour, then egg and then bread crumbs.
Preheat oil to 350 degrees in large pot. Cook balls in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
